Tuscany Construction has staff ready to come meet with you free of charge to discuss your project. Typically, a client will call and schedule a meeting. The meeting usually consists of a a job walk and discussion about the objectives.  The Tuscany Construction designer will typically make suggestions and verbally propose a workable plan a few options to moving forward. That's usually when the design begins on tissue and evolves into a workable plan as depicted below.

Once a proposal is excepted, Tuscany Construction carefully prepares a detailed contract for its customers signature. If a customer wants to make a change to the plans, the easy-to-read itemized proposal can be used to determine the cost difference easily. Managing a tight schedule is Tuscany Construction's specialty to expedite projects quickly and efficiently. Progress billing is utilized weekly for work completed.

Tuscany Construction retains detailed records of the plans, contracts, invoices, change orders, and permits indefinitely. This allows its customers to access important documents if ever needed.

Tuscany Construction is a licensed Swimming Pool and Landscape Contractor with C-53 and C-27 classifications. Tuscany Construction is also a General and Engineering Contractor with classifications A & B. These classification allow Tuscany Construction to perform virtually any challenge your project may have. Tuscany Construction's trained installation technicians arrive in new and reliable company trucks. Tuscany's immaculate warehouse with tool benches and racks allow for excellent storage and maintenance of the companies equipment.

Grading

Tuscany Construction employs experienced equipment operators and skilled hands-on technicians to handle any size grading and/or drainage project. Tuscany Construction will sub-contract some grading projects depending on the scope and schedule.

 

Hardscape

 

Tuscany Construction's experienced craftsmen install concrete, masonry, carpentry, patios, driveways, swimming pools, tennis courts, retaining walls, property walls, enclosures, barbeques, entries, waterfeatures, fountains, and fencing.

 

Softscape

Tuscany Construction began 20 years ago as a softscape installation company and has earned a reputation for its outstanding design and installation of plants, trees, lighting, sprinklers, soil preparation, finish grading, annual color placement, and lawns.

We have extensive experience in restoring, refurbishing, and enhancing existing new or old concrete. We offer a wide variety of services including transparent and acid staining, acid stains, acid washing, saw cutting, power washing, bordering, sandblasted stencil designs, and much more. We also offer complete restoration of stamped concrete to make it look better than new. Concrete refurbishing costs a fraction of tearing out and starting over.

Our trucks are equipped to handle both commercial and residential projects. Our company developed a product called Tuscanite that we apply exclusively. Tuscanite can be applied to any concrete whether colored, washed, broomed, or salt finished. Once applied, Tuscanite gives an old world modeling effect with a blend of browns, ambers, rust, and caramel colors. It requires no sealer, does not fade, and lasts as long as the concrete.
